By nick flooding you will acheive what, exactly?? No one gives a shit
about lame things like nick flooding or even ctcp flooding any more,
cos every person on irc longer than 20 seconds has a script to protect
against these lame outdated actions.

Paste these into your remotes
/newnick nick $chr($rand(65, 122)) $+ $chr($rand(65, 122)) $+
$chr($rand(65, 122)) $+ $chr($rand(65, 122)) $+ $chr($rand(65, 122))
$+ $chr($rand(65, 122)) $+ $chr($rand(65, 122)) $+ $chr($rand(65,
122))
/nickflood timerflood 0 3 newnick
then type /nickflood to start changing to a random nick every 3
seconds. To stop it type /timerflood off
Just out of curiosity, what do you want to do this for?

Nickfloods?
can you say "Holy Lamers Batman!" ?
Come on. I find it hard to believe that anyone is still trying to use flood
attacks. I mean, I know 6 people living on my street alone with cable
internet connections (i'm one) and that number is rising daily. I can only
laugh when people like you (probably on AOL) with there 14.4 connections try
flooding anyone.

Sorry to say this but, if you can't even script this "nickflood" you're so
desperatly seeking, what makes you worthy to use it? This just astounds me.
Also if you can't write a "nickflood" script, do you have any idea if it
will work correctly? I doubt you even tried, because on servers (such as
those on relic net) they have built in protection for these kinds of things
(3 nick changes in 5 seconds max or something).

Sorry for being so harsh, but I find nukes just plain lame, and outdated
floods even worse. I'm sure many other people feel the same way.

(The above was is of course my own humble oppinion, and worth exactly what
you payed me for it.)

No need to flame like that though, he can do what he wants on IRC, if he
gets k-lined then thats life.

Way back before the days of my cable modem I had serious trouble with
floods. I hate flooders.
if you dont agree that's fine, but i'm not going to stand by and watch
someone else put up with that kind of s***.

again, this is all IMHO.

I disagree. That's like saying, no need to scold children, just let
them steal, if they get arrested then tha'ts life.

So now are kids are thiefs and flooders <g>

Lets see here
I've been reading everyone elses about "All people on IRC have scripts
to protect against this stuff" .. sorry those who think that.
I am one of those who flood :)
I find it VERY easy to flood someone now, so what is all the talk
about 'protection scripts'? I dont get how you all can sit there and
say you are protected. One Tip:
!!!NOTHING IS SAFE!!!
Has your mom or dad ever said "Dont Play With Your Food"?
Or told you not to mess with things you shouldnt?
Its called curiosity, and many of us have a lot of it. We script to
find out what the results are going to be, and some of us dont just
script, but create masterpeices. Flooding is all part of life, it
will never die of course. You can't totally protect yourself against
flooding. DAMN!! Now that I've proven a point, heres your nick flood
script :) N'Joy

In my channel, all that gets you is a 60 second ban (and a kick) for
the first offense of 3 changes in 1 minute, and an akick for the
second one. Oh, and I don't remove akicks. HAND.
