Nick Highlight by a User Level

I would like to be able to assign a color to a nick that has been
given a specific level on my userlist. Does anyone have a script that
will do this?

I know how to assign a color to someone's nick (no script needed
there). But what is this level you are talking about? Where do I
find it in mirc?
