Get paid for a botpaq code

I am looking for someone who can code a botpaq based on the famous IRC bot
eggdrop (www.egghead.org). I know there are some already made, however most
have binaries which tend to have backdoors. I do not have the time to learn
or do this myself. So if you are good in encryption and would like to get
$200.00, paid in any method you wish including in person if you live in
(GA/FL/LA/CA/PA) keep on reading.
1) The botpaq has to have an encrypted userfile/configuration
file/tcls. With the ability to modify the configuration file to add/remove
future tcls/modules. Cookie mode +o among bots.
2) When bots are linked connection between bots need to be encrypted as
to prevent sniffers from capturing useful packets.
3) Added security features needed: Prevention of easy passwords
4) Stealth ctcp/info feature preventing the bots being noticed.
5) Must be able to compile on most *nix machines.
The payment is as follow. $100.00 payment the day the bots are checked for
compiling errors/linking/etc. Then $20.00 payments over 5 months to ensure
the bot is bug free and to verify the code is backdoor free.
Yes I am lazy to learn how to do this, that's why there is a monetary
compensation. If you want to flame save your bandwidth, it will be ignored.
