The courts appoint lawyers for this type of work and it's mostly criminal
cases. So if a lawyer takes his case, here's how it goes:
1. Did you call "Meat" a murderer?
2. Do you have any proof?
3. You lose.
So if a lawyer had to take a pro bono case, he'd certainly take an
immediate slam dunk.
Looks like that even if what Emmett said wasn't a lie, he just pretty
much conceded that he's a fucking idiot for even letting Usenet know just
how fucked he is.
It'll certainly look good on his next probation or bail report.
