HELP ! JAZ-Cartridge does not format anymore !!!

Hi there,

has anyone an Idea what the Problem is with that damned JAZ Cart´s ?
They seem to die like Flies.

Well, and this seems to be a global Problem...
In my Oppinion this is simply a Cause of Oxidation.
I opened a JAZ Cartridge an cleaned it with pure
Alcohol; well of course the Cart will be still defective because
i have no Dust-free Room (...) but as far i cann see, the
defective Sectors are now at an other Place of the Cart.
(The Error previously occured at 38%, now at 67%...)
So i think this is simply a Problem of "Rust" on the Surface!
......If you can manage to get the Cart absolutely clean, the Problem
may be solved......

Is the a (practicable) Cure for this Problem ?
