Bluetooth SPANWorks won´t transfer files

Does someone know the program SPANWorks 2000 (Special Edition) for Bluetooth??
I惴 trying to run some test on a pair of laptops each equipped with
Bluetooth PCMCIA cards. I扉e managed to establish a connection and share
files, but the problem is, I can愒 transfer any files.

No matter how I invoke the file tranfer function (drag and drop to user
image, right click menu from SPANWorks File Utilities and so on) it always
responds with: "You cannot transfer files now".
Can someone help me crack this one?
