I have basically two wired lans and wireless clients as well.

I want to use the wireless LAN card in a laptop to connect to another
wireless access point. The problem is that the laptop is connected to a
linksys router as well as a desktop system. So it breaks down like this.
BEFW11S4 connected to a cable modem and two wired clients. Second network
wired to a BEFrs41 router. A desktop and a laptop having a wireless card as
well as a usb rj45 connection. All systems running win98 SE. The laptop has
ICS installed and can see both the wired desktop and wireless LAN. So in
theory I would think it would work in practice no it doesn't. I believe it
is something to do with IP address or subnets or both but am unsure on how
to proceed. I have assigned static IP to all using 192.168.200 and working
up. Turned off DHCP on both routers. Any hints on where to go from here?
