Dlink DCS1000-W Help Needed

Hi
I have purchased a Dlink DCS-1000W IP Camera and it works fine on my LAN -
but not over the Internet from another PC???
I am using a Dlink 614+ router via Cable Modem
I have set up virtual servers for Ports 80 & 8481 as required by the
camera - but still no good..
The 614+ doesnt seem to open these ports?
Perhaps there is something I need to do in Windows XP?
Please Help Me

wish i had one of those.,,,
Think I'd make sure the winXP firewall was off
Then I'd probably just install Outlook firewall to confirm what ports need
to be opened both ways- which Outlook tells well.
