Poking around the FCC database, I found a White Space test location.
Callsign WG2XHQ at 38° 44' 22" N, 117° 14' 20" W.
Frequency? Well nearly everywhere since it is White Space after all.

That should get you the Raptor datasheets.
The location is in the hills above Round Mountain. I've never been there
myself, but from what I know, it is basically a company town for the mine.
