Warning to those selecting an ISP in the Philippines. Globe is actively
censoring and hacking connections based on a blacklist of sites and
users. They do this by issuing instructions to the local router not to
allow data transfers to certain user accounts accessing certain
websites. This is not an honest ISP. You have been advised.
