ARE THERE FREENETS IN 212,516,718,914

Hi,

Does anyone know of any freenets accessible locally from 212, 516, 718 or 914?
I am no longer a student, so can't get a free acct. from my school. I have
looked at some freenet lists, but none seem to be in the local area codes for
me (as listed above).
