Is Freeparking.co.uk going under?

down for 3 days now. Emails to support go unanswered.
Their main site is still up and some sites which use their service
seem OK, but those appear to be resolved to a different IP address to
all of mine so I suspect one of their servers is down.
for example www.pirate.co.uk is OK
but my site www.ultimarc.com is not
But no viable company would leave a server down for 3 days like this,
and then not reply to emails, even with an automated message. This
would be commercial suicide which leads me to believe they are already
under.

Freeparking have a long history of problems and poor support, so perhaps
it might not be as bad as you think. Perhaps they're all having a week
off for Xmas, and left their system to hopefully look after itself?
I would suggest emailing sup...@domain-parking.net, also
sup...@fibranet-services.co.uk - I once had a reply from them when I
complained about Freeparking messing up a domain transfer.

have you changed where www.pirate.co.uk is pointing? from here i see it
framed to a btinternet.com site but tracing shows it hosted at verio

I had a reply this morning from domain-parking.net, about a problem with
changes input into the Freeparking DNS Manager not being reflected on
their name server. However, Freeparking haven't yet replied to the copy
of the complaint I sent to them, and they also haven't fixed it.
