Have just joined, so please can anybody reiterate the problems
with Fasthosts - we have a reseller account with them, and were
thinking of using them heaviliy.

Also anyone have any experience of Donhost and UKFast.net
for reseleer accounts?

I moved from Fasthosts to Donhost and haven't looked back. Very few
problems and extremely fast email support. Fasthosts on the other hand had
lots of outages and difficulty answering their phones. Once when I got
through they reckoned two seperate 5+ hour outages in 10 days wasn't
serious.
