Hi,

I am planning on switching my fasthosts reseller account over to
donhosts, but I need to know if I will still be able to use ukreg ?

Is it just a matter of changing the DNS servers on the domain name and
then adding them to my donhosts account ?

Cheers
Ali

Yep, that's all you need to do. I do exactly the same myself actually with a
Donhost account

I do the same. It's easy to do. Plus UKreg are that little bit cheaper.

Thanks for the info and I know have another question: If I want the mx
records of a domain name changed, do I contact ukreg or donhosts ? and
will either of them be willing do to it for free?

Cheers

UKReg would be the only ones authorised to do this as Fasthosts would be the
ISP that the domain is held with. UKreg don't give provision to alter MX
records, and I think you'll be banging your head against a brick wall trying
to get them to.

You would contact the ISP the name has been delegated to, which in this case is
