Sick and tired of bt email problems

yet again, for the second time this week, password needs to be
changed. Im sure it relates to what they call, multiple log on. I
use my phone, and desktop. The help pages seem to send me round
in circles for the subject.
Can I resolve this problem, or is it just a bt problem. This has
been going on for what seems at least a year, possibly

I've had this occasionally but I never change my password - just leave
it alone for a while and then it all comes back together again. Webmail
access is OK so I can always check for anything urgent.
