Having been with infinity for 2 -3 years I'm on HH3. Just gone back onto
12 month contract having negotiated some discount on unlimited to avoid
the chargeable BTSport rubbish I'm wondering when if ever BT might offer
me an upgrade on my HH I now have 2 devices which support n connections
which I can't use.
It was at one stage included in the negotiations but having spoken to
about 6 different people in one day I sort of lost track of it through
sheer exhaustion. At one point I was actually told they couldn't
transfer me to another department because they were in a different
building!!!
