Dear Customers,
BT have informed us that at about 1800hrs that "further complications had
arisen" which were continuing to effect service. We can assure all
customers that service is slowly coming back.
This has been a major outage and resolution has taken longer than
initially expected. Please accept our apologies for ongoing problems.
