Does anyone know what the address for complaints about BT Internet is ?
Cos there is know way are they getting away with taking my money for bugger
all in return.

If you can reach the homepage there's a link to billing queries. I managed
to get 2 e-mails to them before access became impossible.

Phone the 50p per minute technical helpdesk - they have all the
addresses you could think of. If you complain to an associate (first line
support) they can give you one month free, a product specialist
can give you 2 months free and a supervisor can give you 3 months free
service.
Well almost, if you are finally able to gain access : )

Servers are down being upgraded and repaired for surftime and anytime
packages.
Surprisingly it is possible to connect with the pay as you account.

However BTs stance is that it doesn't offer a faultless service (see ToC)as
it often has
to rely on third party suppliers for services that are beyond their control.
