Does anyone know if C&W plan to introduce a fixed price internet service?

If their telephone and TV service are anything to go by then the answer is
either no or wait about 2 years after everyone else is doing it.

I hear they are being over taken by NTL anyway and if they are bought out
then all of us who are unlucky enough to have C&W in our street will get
freephone access for a set price.

I don't know why they don't do it, if they did I'd not only pay £10 per
month for access but also anohter £10 per month for a seperate phone line of
my own.
