wma to mp3: how to bypass DRM vers 1

I have downloaded several *.wma files
I can neither listen to them, since they are protected by DRM version
1, nor I can register them, since they are surely on microsoft black
list (as pirated wma) nor i can convert them into MP3.

I tried:

freeme.exe
No way: it will only "unprotect" DRM version 2.

unfuck.exe
It may work, but since it requires the .wma files to be registered
first, when I try to do so, on the web, I got rejected, since these
files are blacklisted.

really no other software can be used, in order to listen these wma
files? New un-protecter applications?

It is highly unlikely to find what you are looking for. The whole issue about
cracking drm refers to original purchases (with licenses). It is very easy to create
an unbreakable format (yes, even for microsoft's handicapped staff); you simply
encode the song with AES or 3DES using a large key, and never give the key away.
The problem with software DRM is that you have to give the key away, to allow
playback in authorized machines, so DRM is very vulnerable at this level. Software
DRM compensates this by a high level of obfuscation, both in code and license file
format. But common sense says that software DRM will always be cracked.
OTH, once the encrypted file is separated from the license, there is no way to
decrypt it, except brute force attack. Since I don't have 1 mil computers and/or 1mil
years to spend on the problem, I think I'll pass.
What do you mean backlisted? I don't know exactly how drm 1 works, could you give
more details? Did you tried to buy the tracks and they refused?

The files I have downloaded are:
- Paul Scheele - Memory Optimizer CD 1 - 1.wma
....
-Paul Scheele - Memory Optimizer - CD 9 - 9.wma

that means 9x9 = 81 files, each file is around 10MB

I have downloaded from Shareazaa andeMule

If they can be decripted in any way, i can listen to them, otherwise
it has been huge waste of time and resource.

What i cannot understand, is why these files are so popular and
continuously downloaded, if not listenable!
