new kitchen range choices

Looking to get a new Electric stove for the kitchen, a 30" free
standing. ours is on the way out, my wife wants go get a stainless
finish with a smooth glass top area, since I am a novice hobby pizza &
bread maker, I am looking for an oven to get hotter than 500 deg, I hope
they are available, I read somewhere some go to 550deg, but can't seem
to dig up where I read it. I see there are some ranges that offer double
door ovens a smaller one on top ect. any thoughts on new range opinions.
been thinking of the Kenmore brand.
