Netzero's DSL "Saver"

Hi,

I have always used "dial-up" for internet access. I found out that
Netzero has a special for DSL "saver", $9.95 a month for the first six
months, then $22.95 a month afterwards. Note: I pay $14.99 a month
for Verizon's "dial-up".

Note: I am not looking for high speed downloads since most of the
time when I get on the internet, I am looking for information.

If you are using Netzero's DSL "saver", please tell me about your
experience?
