If anyone has used Netzero Hispeed maybe you can help me. I have
asked
the question of Netzero and Jessica Gibbs just sends me "boiler
plate"

On the left end of the lower tool bar there is something that looks
like a car windshield wipper. It can go from all black to all red.
What does this mean? Is all red facter than all red?
Seems like a simple question. Anyone have a simple answer?
