You goofed up and made a mess, but heck, learn to turn lemons into lemonade,
here is how I would do it. The polluted Mississippi River runs by my place,
it is about 80 to 150 foot wide, 1 to 5 feet deep around these parts. If I
were to take a Backhoe, and dig a 30 foot wide, 20 foot deep trench, for it
to run in, and use the dirt to fill the shallow Riverbed, so that I cloud
create Tillable Watered Land, where I could build a house on stilts, and put
a Water Wheel in the Trench, that after the Water flowed through a filter
system, that would make Electricity turning the Water Wheel, enough for my
House, and few Hundred others, just off the normal Current, and many more in
the Spring, when the Snow Melts.
If you did this, all the Way along the upper Mississippi River, you would
gain much land for building and planting, and gain much Electricity just off
the normal current.
Then because the Riverbed is Windy, add Wind Turbines to pump all the Water
that you need, and some extra for making more Electricity from higher up
Water Pools, and use filters to filter all the Water that you pump, to clean
up the Water that flows back into the River.
GE could use this method of Water Wheels and Wind Turbines that filter the
Water that they use, to clean up the mess that they made in the Hudson
River, and gain much land for building and planting, and gain much
Electricity just off the normal current there too!
Lets think like one of these Global Warming kooks for a moment!
Buy a 300 Watt Solar Panel for $659.00. But did I forget to tell you that
this 25 Amp System is only 12 Volts? Lets see, that means that I need 10 of
them to equal ONE 25 Amp, 120 Volt Circuit. That is only $6590.00. And I
need four of these to fit my 100 Amp breaker Box, so that is $26,360.00. And
oh, if I want Power to run my Electric Stove and Heater, when the Sun Goes
Down, I can buy an extra set of 120 Volt, 100 Amp Systems, at $26,360.00s,
and buy a dozen Rechargeable Batteries at $90.00 each, and use it to charge
them. So lets see that is a total of $53,800.00s for a 24/7 reliable Power
System. But did I forget to tell you it will only last 15 to 20 Years, if
you are LUCKY? Did I forget to tell you that you would only get 24 Kilowatts
for 8 to 9 hours a day? If you got lucky, and Got Sunlight 10 hours a Day,
that is 240 Kilowatt Hours a Day. That is $2.40 worth of Electricity a Day.
It would take you 61.41 Years to produce enough Electricity to Pay it Off.
And is takes 10 times more Kilowatt Hours to make the Solar Panel and
Rechargable Batteries, than you will get out of it!
This Global Warming Issue, will be the end of Both the Spend and Tax to pay
it off Democrats, and the Borrow and Tax to pay it off Republicans!

idiots in Washington that are owned by the Banks.
Do you realize how dumb it is for the US Government to be borrowing Money
From any Bank?
The US Constitution gives the right to Congress to Coin Money based on
the Gold Standard. All you need is one Ounce of Gold in the treasury. You
tell 1000 People, minimum wage is One Ounce of Gold for Forty Hours Labor.
When they each give you Forty Hours Labor, you now have 40,000 Hours of
Labor, Worth 1000 Ounces of Gold, so you print 1000 Gold Certificates worth
One Ounce Each, and use them as Legal Tender. The more the Nation Labors
based on a Gold Standard, the Richer it becomes, and does not have to fight
Inflation Caused by having to pay Interests. Another Factor that
causes
Inflation is Taxes. And another Factor that causes Inflation is Supply
and Demand!
If the Congress would set the Gold Standard, and base Energy, Labor,
and Materials, on
that Gold and Labor Standard, they would not have to Borrow Money or
Collect Taxes to Pay for the Roads, Schools, Police and Fire Departments, or
the Military. All they would have to do is say to the Contractor, how much
Energy, Material, and how much Labor, did you use to do this Job? Then print
the Gold Certificates equal the the sum of the Energy Consumption, and Labor
and Materials Cost. The Laborers Would spend the Money making the Economy
Grow with the Least amount of Inflation. Inflation would only come from
supply and demand. Like if it took 100,000 Tons of Metal a Year for Auto and
Farm Equipment, the Free Market Value based on Gold Would adjust for that.
But if the Army needed an extra 1,000,000 Tons of Metal for a War, and or
for extra Police and Fire Departments, the extra demand for Metals and
Materials would drive the Price Up! That Is what happened to our Economy by
violating the Constitution, and keeping a Massive Standing Armed Force, and
building up extra Police and Fire Departments, when it was not needed, and
it has made the Economy worse by borrowing the Money for it, and paying
Interests.
The Industrial Military Complexes, and the Legal and Police and Fire
Departments, could all be financed in this Manner, but the Competition for
Manpower and Materials with other Industries, will as it always has in
History, still cause Inflation.
The destruction of America was planned before 9-11, by Global Rulers
that
Wanted to destroy America, and knew exactly how to use the Media, and
the
Banks, and Taxes, to destroy the US!
It is the Raising of Taxes, and Paying of Interests, and the excess
demand
On the available supply of Land and Materials, for Military and Police
Forces, that has raised Inflation, and is bringing about the
Destruction of
America!

Energy, Materials, and Food away from us, than your Biofuels will
Produce.
The Water from the Mountains weighs over 8 Pounds per Gallon, and
Managed
right, and with an added supply of Water from Windmills, will make
putting
out Forest Fires easier, and will Expand the Production of the
Forests,
producing more Trees, Fish, Wildlife, and Livestock, and produce room
for
more Homes and Businesses, saving Tillable Farmland, and Produce more
Electrical Energy for us all, and not one bothered to reply.
