Barracks, with the 1st Brigade and 13th Infantry Battalion, 8th Division
Pathfinders.

and sent him off to Fort Leavenworth.
Then one day, my 1st Sergeant called me from the Motor Pool, when we were on
alert to pull out, and move closer to Iran, because Iran had taken Civilian
Hostages. And my 1st Sergeant had a man sitting in a chair, holding a loaded
Forty-five on him with one hand, and was holding another Forty-five under
his arm, sliding a magazine into it with his other hand, and when I asked,
"Did you send for me 1st Sergeant?" He said, "Do you see that man sitting in
that chair?" I said," Yes 1st Sergeant!" And he handed me a loaded
Forty-five and said, "If he moves, shoot him!" I said, "Yes 1st Sergeant,"
as I chambered a round and took the safety off, and pointed it at the man.
At the time I had no idea of what the man did, or what was going on, but I
knew my 1st Sergeant was a good man, and would never tell me to do something
that was wrong. My 1st Sergeant was quickly packing up things to move out
towards Iran, and as he was going out the door he said, "The MPs are moving
out with us, we will send one back to pick this man up as soon as we can,
when he gets here, hand him over!" So I said, "Yes 1st Sergeant!" And when
he left the man started laughing hysterically, and I concentrated on aiming
at his heart just in case, then he said, "I don't know why they are making
such a fuss out of this, when everyone finds out what I did, they will give
me a Medal!" I did not say a ward, I just kept watching his eyes while
aiming at his heart, and he told me every gory detail of what he did.
This man went into Manheim, and tied up thirteen Prostitutes with Light
Cords, and cut their hearts out with a knife. He motive for doing this I get
from what he said, saying, "I made Germany pay for their sins, of legalizing
Prostitution!" He thought he was going to get a Medal for this! I nearly
vomited, as I just kept watching his eyes, and aiming at his heart. After
quite some time, an MP finally showed up with Shackles, and I was relieved
to see this Nut, finally in chains. He would not shut up, bragging about
what he did the whole time!
When the Battalion got back, many of the men were so mad at me for not
shooting the guy, they would follow me around, and bust up anything I worked
on, and they would break in my wall locker, and either try to set me up, or
take my gear. So my 1st Sergeant made me his driver.
But then one day, after the man had been found guilty, we were told that the
man was executed at Fort Leavenworth. But I looked on the Internet and I
find no record of it. How many secret executions are being carried out,
without the Public knowing about it?
My 1st Sergeant's name was, 1st Sergeant Owen D. Young. My Platoon Leader's
name was 1st Lt. Timothy S Heinemann, and my Company Commander's name was
Cpt. Christopher A Black. I was registered as a secret informant for the
Criminal Investigations Department of the US Army, while under their
command, because I was approached by a Soviet Agent who tried to drug me,
but I blew the Agent's plot.
Does anyone doubt that I am telling the Truth?

truth.
I am quite surprised at the notion of a soldier in 1979 looking up on
the internet in less than 5 years (Military sentences are quick and to
the point) and seeing no death.

of prisoners at Leavenworth, not even the active duty Troops, that we sent
there when I was in the US Army.

The day that they told us that man was executed, I cannot foregut. Because
out of all the that persecuted me, saying that I should have shot him,
because the system would not bring justice, only one man came to me and said
that he was sorry. Now his words haunt me every day. This young Mexican as
he bowed his head in shame when he had heard the man had been executed, and
he came and said to me, "I am sorry, Amigo, you were right, the system is
Just!" And he walked away crying because of what he and others had done to
me.
But now I don't know, if the system was Just then, or now!
