Ramzan Kadyrov, president of the republic of Chechnya, released a statement
on Instagram Friday condemning the way in which U.S. authorities have
conducted their search and apprehension of the Boston bombing suspects. He
also blamed Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's American upbringing as the
catalyst for their alleged actions.
"It would be appropriate if he was detained and investigated, and the
circumstances and the extent of his guilt determined," one portion of
Kadyrov's statement reads, according to an English translation.
Bottom line? Obama is just as guilty as these two kids are...
