Younger people are more active,
and tend to outgass their bodies better,
but as people get older and lazier,
their bodies accumulate gas,
and this causes all kinds of problems for them.
The Chinese have evolved many kinds of exercises
that tend to assist in the outgassing of various parts
of their bodies, as have other cultures,
but I suggest that a study needs to be made
of the best way to get harmful gasses released from
all parts of the body.
I have observed that the use of various kinds of
vibrations and massages and exercises
greatly assist in outgassing,
and that the effectiveness of the various methods
depends upon the natural resonances of various parts of the body.
For example, walking affects some parts of the body,
and swinging the arms about affects other parts.
For example, I have observed that setting
in various vibration and massaging chairs
or riding different cars and buses, or walking
or bike riding have different affects on
what parts of the body are outgassed, and how much.
I suggest that medical science should study
how outgassing affects health,
and what kinds of devices can be used by
sick, inactive, and even young people to get rid of
the harmful gasses that build up in the various
parts of their bodies.
Now I know that this subject
opens the door to lots of low class jokes,
but hopefully these ideas will fall on the ears
of rational, intelligent folks who can and will
pursue the subject.

Plaque is caused by carbohydrates, which raise your triglycerides, which

Independent of subject matter at hand, or the stench of it in the air,
what is wrong with you Wildbilly? Facts are fine to ask for, for they
exist. But again with the citation! List all sources whose citation
you would accept. Take your time because I'm sure you need some
others' authority to cite them sites. Just do it, but take your time
sweet time. Obviously your words matter less than those that are
citable. Your rules, and now your turn to play.
As my favorite professor used to teach/state: Authors are not
authorities.

Benito Amilcare Andrea Mussolini, KSMOM GCTE (29 July 1883 - 28 April
1945) was an Italian politician who led the National Fascist Party and
is credited with being one of the key figures in the creation of Fascism.

It wasn't an opinion. Mussolini is an authority.
Don't yo know anything?
The stench is all your's. I bathe daily. My problem is that I'm having a
discussion with an idiot. That's what.
So asking for an authoritative source, like a doctor, a hospital,
PubMed, WebMD, Lancet, or The New England Journal of Medicine is out of
the question, huh?
Witch Doctors not accepted.

Why did you need a professor to tell you this? Why did/do you need a

It's called a debat. If you were educated, you would know that.
Citations are used to support an argument (in the academic sense of the
word).

It's called a debate. Sure. But if you're just quoting citations, then
the debate is between some other entities -- corporation sponsored or
academic pawns or otherwise.

Not "Light must bend..." no no no. Rather, light does bend when it
goes by me. Dieting -- healthy or no -- won't stop light bending
around me either.

Look, there exist spell checkers for a reason. It's not like there's
anyone out there who does not require or resort to using one. Of
course I can, do, would, and should start by spell checking things I

You're demonstrably annoying. If you can't deal with a discussion
without demanding citations, then you are better off just reading your
pre-approved reading list. Remember to forget: Just because it's
printed, doesn't make it true -- especially outside the Web/Internet.

Wait until one of those hospital doctors is unable to properly treat
one of your friends and or relatives. Then gauge your trust of
authoritative.

What a mind numbing contradiction! Glad you caught me. That my
professor taught/stated such a truth is true. Whether I didn't already
know the truth is irrelevant given teachers often talk in cliches.

Although gases as by products
build up in ALL parts of the body,
and have an ENORMOUS affect on
health and vitality,
as far as I can see,
no research is dedicated to studying
the effects of gasses in the bones, fat, muscles,
and body cavities.
It is strange that billions of dollars are wasted
trying to rationalize General Relativity,
which is virtually useless,
and little or no research money is spent
on how the build up of gases
affect human vitality and health.
People only indirectly perceive the
positive effects of outgassing
when they exercise, dance, walk, get a massage,
ride a horse, etc.
As I indicated, as the various parts
of the body resonate at different frequencies,
a machine is needed to stimulate bodies
various ways to rid the body of harmful gases,
and a study needs to be made of how
various foods, smells and tastes,
affect gassing and outgassing.
Here is a suggestion for folks who aren't very active.
Walk until you burp a few times,
and see if you feel better.
If burping, farting, dancing, exercising, walking, etc.
makes you feel better, just think how much better you
would feel if you could outgas your entire body.
In fact, I suspect that the
high rate of heart attacks in the morning
is caused by the build up of gasses in the body.
The body's command to get up, burp, fart,
relieve one's self, move about, eat, drink,
is too much for the aged heart to handle.

Regarding "Wildbilly" comment:
"why should we spend money on some crack pot's hunch,
that there is something important in flatulence and belches"
I suggest that it makes far more sense to spend money
finding out how to rid folks of the poisons and gases
that build up in their bodies,
than it is to spend billions of dollars
on experiments like the Gravity Probe B experiment,
which was motivated by race, religion,
and by people on the taxpayer dole.
Considering that different kinds of music
like jazz, rap, waltz, disco, marches, etc.
cause interaction with different body parts,
and at different "beats", and such effects
as syncopation accentuates various body responses,
I dare say that some strong correlation could be found
in groups that favored various kinds of music.
Music not only sooths the "savage breast"
and appeals to the ear, it also appeals to the body,
and to some extent heals the body.
I suggest that rather than play elevator music in old folks homes,
they should play marches and disco.
