WILL YORIE KAHL BE THE NEXT VINCE FOSTER OR RON BROWN TO COMMIT
"SUICIDE" OR TO DIE "ACCIDENTALLY"?
Yorie Kahl's mother has just revealed that Yorie (at Leavenworth
Federal Penitentiary) has been thrown into the "hole" (prison slang
for a segregation cell). Yorie committed no infraction of the rules,
and has not been told why he was committed to the "hole." Of course,
there is a reason; we all know that it's because of the habeas corpus
action recently filed on Yorie's behalf by his attorney, John DeCamp.
These briefs are exceedingly powerful and expose the illegal
activities of the U.S. Marshals Service, the FBI and the U.S.
Department of "Justice" in attempting to ambush and *murder* Gordon
Kahl at Medina, North Dakota on February 13, 1983, and their
successful assassination of Gordon later that year in Arkansas.
These criminals in the Government undoubtedly know that the truth
about their heinous crimes in Kahl's case is closing in on them.
Throwing Yorie into the "hole" is their pitiful reaction to their fear
of having their crimes exposed. It would not surprise me if they
murdered Yorie in the "hole" and make it look like suicide.
Yorie now stands in great danger. Besides praying for his safety, the
best action we can take now on his behalf is to publicize this
Government terrorism and intimidation. All who receive this report
should immediately telephone the U.S. Federal Penitentiary at
Leavenworth, Kansas, 913-682-8700, and demand to speak to the warden,
Mr. Page True. You will probably be told he's "not available"
(wardens usually don't want to lower themselves to speak with mere
civilians), so at that point ask to speak to the warden's secretary,
and let her know that your are outraged by the treatment of Yorie
Kahl. If you prefer to write to the warden, the address is: Warden
Page True, U.S.P. Leavenworth, 1300 Metropolitan Avenue, Leavenworth,
Kansas 66048.
There is little doubt that Warden True is merely obeying orders to
harass Yorie Kahl (and perhaps murder him) that originated from Janet
Reno's Department of "Justice." Therefore, calls and letters should
also be directed to her at the Department of "Justice," Washington,
D.C. demanding that the persecution of Yorie Kahl be stopped.
If Warden True and Janet Reno get thousands of calls and letters of
protest, they might conclude that their usual games of intimidation ,
persecution and murder disguised as "suicide" won't succeed any more.
If you care about real justice for Yorie Kahl----as well as for YOUR
OWN future liberties----then circulate copies of this report as widely
as you can, on the internet, FAX, and by copies in the mail. And
along with that, send as generous a donation as possible for Yorie's
legal defense to: Yorie Kahl Defense Fund, c/o Joan Kahl-Britton, 3564
Windrift Way, Apt. 251, Oceanside, California 92056. Unless these
mattoids in the federal government are stopped, YOU could be the next
citizen murdered by federal agents at a roadblock, because you spoke
out against government corruption. Remember:
No man escapes when freedom fails;
The best men rot in filthy jails,
And those who cried, "Appease! Appease!"
Are hanged by those they tried to please.

Hmm. Yorie Kahl didn't seem to care very much about insuring that
certain people back in the 1980s stayed alive.
I haven't the slightest idea who Yorie Kahl is, and nothing in your post
really explained the situation, either. I couldn't find much info on the
Web, either.
Perhaps if you posted some background information about what exactly
were the events that led up to the current situation, you might have a
better chance of finding people willing to help.

On the contrary, your information is flawed. Yorie Kahl was a victim
of being shot by an unannounced federal marshal in a road side ambush
who only said to Yorie, "I'm going to shoot your fuckin head off!" and
then shot him in the chest, followed by another marshal shooting him
with 00 buckshot and spilling his guts all over the road. Yorie
committed no crime, and shot no one.
The marshal's were after Yorie's father, Gordon, on an illegal warrant
which purported that Gordon had violated his probation for willful
failure to file income taxes, when in fact he had satisfied his
probation several years prior.
Yorie was wearing his fathers coat and cap, and mistaken for Gordon.
Gordon in another vehicle and witnessing this, believed his son was
just murdered. He subsequently takes out his mini 14 rifle and shoots
the men who just shot his son.
More details of the Yorie Kahl story will follow as soon as a
condensed version of the 77 page legal brief filed by his attorney
John DeCamp is completed.

Yorie Kahl and his father Gordon Kahl were the two die-hard racist Posse
Comitatus members who murdered several law enforcement officers who tried
to arrest them for failure to show up in court (they were also tax
protesters). Gordon Kahl got away and was later killed while a fugitive;
Yorie Kahl was apprehended, tried, found guilty, and put away.

Thanks, Mark.
Anyone with sympathies for the Kahls is rather suspect, in my
book. Kahl is one of the bona-fide martyrs of the Christian
Identity movement.
At the time of the infamous shootout that killed his father,
Yorivon Kahl had been convicted of two counts of murder, and
six counts of assualt --
facts conveniently omitted (I wonder why) by Mr. Sgarlatti.

Gosh, Mark, Are you still earning that government stipend by posting the
CBS miniseries apologist versions of government wrong-doing?
The truth is that it is true that the Kahls were rather extreme tax
protesters and Posse Comitatus members. But Gordon Kahl was also a WWII
hero and described as mild fellow. The Kahls were warned at meeting that
marshals planned an ambush to kill him so he and his son switched coats
and hats. The arrest was based on an old misdemeanor and the marshal had
been warned by his supervisor NOT to attempt to arrest kahl. He set out
to do just that anyway and there is strong evidence that the intention
really was to kill the senior Kahl. At the arrest scene, the Kahls got
into a shouting match with the law officers. The first shot came from an
unknown source. The marshal said, "who fired?" but the shot struck the
357 magnum Yori was wearing and he was not injured. Then almost
immediately, he was struck in the chest with buckshot and went down. The
senior Kahl seeing this acted as described with his rifle. But after
shooting the lawmen, he then loaded them into his car and drove them to
the hospital! From there he dissappeared into the mists.
Later the government thought that they located him in a house and
proceeded to attempt to arrest the man. They managed to kill someone and
eventually the house burned (a la waco) and with it most of the evidence.
But the key here was that there seems to be strong evidence that the man
killed was NOT kahl. And further more there seems to be indications that
the federales killed the local sheriff and blamed it on Kahl because the
sheriff knew they killed the wrong man and objected to the proposed coverup.
The person leading the charge to dig out these misdeed is the highly
decorated officer (ret) Jack Mc Lamb who runs the "Aid and Abet" police
newletter. It is certainly clear that while Yori was convicted, he
certainly shot no one and was himself attacked in an unprovked manner
(unless you consider a shouting match justification for use of 00 buckshot)
And while the Kahls in general were kooks, this whole episode stinks to
high heaven of federal misdeeds. I think that even the ever-ready
government apologist Pitcavage will be a little hard-pressed to justify
the shooting of a local sheriff as well as the wrong person assumed to be
Gordon Kahl if the courts ever allow the remains to be exumed and examined.
It certainly sounds to me like the people pressing this case are making
some headway in proving their allegations of law enforcement wrong-doing.
(and that the wrong-doers are indeed getting worried and thus, are trying
to intimiate the investigators through Yori.)

If not, the government's finally getting something for nothing, besides
our taxes. Even the hostile _Bitter Harvest_ book admits that Kahl
(well, _somebody_) was intentionally incinerated by federal agents.

Don't get excited, Dan. It's not your type of cause. It was a case
of the U.S. Marshal's office deciding to take out Gordon Kahl on a
stale misdemeanor warrant for violation of probation that couldn't be
legally served on Sunday or after dark anyway. Like Randy Weaver and
his connection with the Aryan Nation, they wanted him because he was a
Posse Comitatus member. From what I know of the man, I wouldn't have
been able to suffer his presence in the same room as I. But I like
hitmen working for the U.S. Marshal's Service even less. Even the
local Sheriff refused to assist the Marshals because he knew it was a
set-up. They ambushed him on a dark country road at 10 pm on a Sunday
evening, he got out of his car with his hands empty; his son Yorie got
out of a second car with his hands empty and was shot. The first shot
hit Yorie's holstered .45 in a shoulder rig, and either one or two
more shots hit him in the chest. Gordon then recovered his Mini-14
from his car and shot the shooter, and then shot the Marshal in charge
who had returned fire. He was later found in hiding in Clinton's
Arkansas, and the FBI entered the house with a local Sheriff, Gene
Mathews, to talk him into surrendering. The FBI SAC then came running
out claiming the Sheriff had been shot, so the FBI dumped about two or
three thousand rounds on the cement house (doing mostly cosmetic
damage), and then poured kerosene down the chimney followed by a
highway flare. The interior of the house and Gordon Kahl were
cremated, but the Sheriff had made it to the garage. He was found
dead of gunshot with a .357, and the FBI SAC was the only one in there
with a .357. Kahl hated handguns and carried only a Mini-14 in .223
caliber.
It's basically the same kind of search and destroy exercise conducted
by government at Ruby Ridge and at Waco, and against Arthur Kirk in
Iowa several years earlier. You wouldn't be interested.

Thanks for the details, Dan & Ben. One question: were either of the Kahls
wanted at the time this arrest attempt was made for any felony, such as the
murder that Yorivan Kahl is said to have been eventually convicted of?
Or are the murder charges based upon the shootout between himself, his
father, & the "arresting" officers in which his father apparently shot &
killed at least one LEO?

I deplored the government's actions at Ruby Ridge and Waco. (I don't

information I have so far about the Kahls, it looks like there's
probably plenty of blame to go around on both sides.

Negative. Yori Kahl wasn't wanted for anything at all, and the stale
misdemeanor warrant for Gordon Kahl was ostensibly for failure to meet
with his parole officer after being convicted of a tax charge about
seven years earlier. However, Kahl had met with an officer sent to
contact him about two days earlier, and was told he had completed his
probation and was off the hook.
>Or are the murder charges based upon the shootout between himself, his

That's the basis for the charges. If someone is killed in a
government-sponsored hit, the government charges everyone within range
of a .22 with murder. (You will remember the government even charged
18-month-old Elishaba Weaver with murder after what happened at Ruby
Ridge.)

Well, good. I have seen very little of anti-government sentiment from
you in these adversarial proceedings, so perhaps there is hope.

The Arthur Kirk situation was similar; law enforcement went to serve a
three-day notice to pay rent or quit (and you know as well as I do,
all they had to do was thumbtack it to the gatepost), and they went in
with a full SWAT team and began conducting a house clearing operation.
When Kirk ran across his barnyard toward a windmill and cover (with a
rifle in his hands), they shot him in flight and let him bleed to
death while they continued their house clearing, even though they had
staged an ambulance just outside the gate to the farm. His wife
arrived home in time to hear the shooting, and they told her that her
husband had been shot, but they would not permit her to render aid to
him.

Other than the fact that Kahl harbored beliefs I find repugnant, I can
see no blame on his side. I have to admit that if someone shot my
