William had just come back from Egypt having found in some ruins a bit of
rock with some ancient Egyptian text, he took it to his Dad. His Dad was
somewhat busy sat as his desk but said he'd look in to it. A day past and
the Professor was invited for tea and biscuits and to decode the text. They
sat on the lawn and laughed, the Professor explained "Well it simply tells
of the knowledge of the king, it reads 'If you want a pleasent knights sleep
you need to sleep with you body aligned to the magnetic flow of the earth to
cleanse your body, you should sleep with your head in the north and your
feet in the south, if you want a dream giving knowledge sleep with your head
looking east to morning, if you want a dream about the past face west, and
make sure there is enough air". William laughed "good adivce I guess, to
many of the peasents don't know why they are restless and grumpy, they sleep
higledypigledy twisted up in a stuffy room and wonder why they can't
function" his father waved to the bulter "Are the pheasents ready yet?" the
butler replied "Just plucking the pheasents now sir they will be ready
shortly, master"
William looked surprised "Did he say he was fucking peasents!" his Dad
laughed "No son, not fucking peasents, plucking pheasents".
The professor stood up "Well gentle men, I must go to back to the college
now", William stood up "Won't you join us for lunch?" the professor replied
"Sorry, time is pressing", William sat down and the Professor Left "Dad
wasn't there something on that script about not running around?" his Dad
replied "Yes son something about studying success is pointless if you don't
study failure either"
