mountain of evidence, substantiated in writing on these Internet
newsgroups, which would amount to a "gimmee" in any court of law
in this land of ours. It is a case offered to an investigative
agency on a "Silver Platter," all nicely wrapped up with a
ribbon. The kind of case that incompetent investigators dream
of.
rk: Your lack of action in this matter must therefore be assumed
to be not of your doing, but ordered by your superiors. The
question is WHY?
rk: Make no mistake, this one will not be swept under the rug.
You have been contacted by citizens regarding this matter and yet
the stonewalling continues. Is that any way for a Federal Agency
to behave when they are called upon to be held accountable for
the job they have sworn to do?
rk: As you can see by the following post, a clear cut prima
facie criminal case is made of conspiracy to libel, as indicated
by the poster widdershins to ed wilkinson, aka agent ed. It
boggles the mind as to what the FBI considers worthy of
prosecution. Open statements are made by the culpable
widdershins, even to the point of publicly offering
conspiratorial advice to wilkinson as to how to proceed in the
future in perpetuating this Conspiracy to Libel action.
rk: Being a retired Police Investigative Sergeant from a
California Police Department, I must tell you that I perceive the
conduct of the FBI in this matter is indefensible. The momentum
of your agency spells out the destruction of Law and Order at the
Federal level and intimates that the average citizen cannot count
on the FBI in their time of need. The question is, why should
the American People continue to support with their hard-earned
money an agency which shows such disdain for the taxpaying public
who pays their salaries? Have you forgotten that YOU WORK FOR
US?
rk: Readers who see the importance of this issue of
Government/media-sponsored/supported mind control/disinformation
campaigns being conducted on these Internet newsgroups, and who

rk: To put all this nonsense to rest, I must tell you that when
I am traveling the public roadways of Oregon for "private,
non-commercial" purposes, I usually sit alone on the left hand
side of the front seat behind the wheel of my private automobile
which has been legally defined and upheld by the courts as the
"usual conveyance of the day," as I proceed freely and unimpeded
along my way.
rk: Here's the legal Citation referred to above: "The right of
the Citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport
his property thereon, in the ordinary course of life and
business, is a common right which he has under the right to enjoy
life and liberty, to acquire and possess property, and to pursue
happiness and safety. It includes the right, in so doing, to use
the ordinary and usual conveyances of the day, and under the
existing modes of travel, includes the right to drive
a horse drawn carriage or wagon thereon or to operate an
automobile thereon, for the usual and ordinary purpose of life
and business." Teche Lines vs. Danforth, Miss., 12 S.2d 784;
Thompson vs. Smith, supra.
rk: By the way, widdershins, you wouldn't mind being subpoenaed
as a witness for the prosecution, would you? Your revelation in
this post has certainly established a clearcut case of Libel by
ed wilkinson and other AFAB BULLIES/SKEPTICULTISTS/ROYBOTS, has
it not? You could always negotiate for immunity from prosecution
for yourself.

w: Ed, I found the post in Deja where Ray the Equivocator quotes

w: In truth, the state hasn't "revoked" or "suspended" Ray's
license. The DMV said they would not allow him to renew it until
he'd fixed his traffic beef with California. The results are the
same, Ray doesn't have a current driver's license, but if we are
not careful with our language, he will continue to troll, using
the issue for bait.
w: His "voluntarily" refusal to renew was nothing but a face
saving device. He still isn't licensed to drive, but he can still
"travel the roads" (a paraphrase of his term), especially if
Anita is behind the wheel. Hence his brag about it's being XXX
days since he informed the state blah, blah, blah.
w: So, while he freely travels the roads, in truth, without a
license, he does put his own peculiar interpretation on why he
did not renew. It's easy to volunteer when you're out of other
options.
w: Conclusion: The Man of Truth is a man of deception. His
pride, and perhaps his fear of jail, keep him from doing the
"right" thing, but he is quite content to do the expedient
thing.

think he's actually driving his car!
