It doesn't matter if you use PMW to lower the current, you still increase
the Amps through chemical electrolyte. A HHO Cell is not a motor. PMW
is made to save Amps on a motor in motion.
You can't return your bought item from HHO maker through eBay but you can
complain and learn from your mistake. The best approach to use a good
HHO cell is to ask if the CELL produces PURE Hydrogen? If not then don't
buy it, Do not fall for "high LPM". Your wrong gas will leak into the
user's compartment, I already tried it, it's unhealthy to drive with
poisonous gas. Your pet can detect it too if you turn it on.
A HHO cell is CERTAIN to fail.
As GUARANTEED by exergy.

Not according to the crackpot 'believers' in it who think it is a fuel.

No! HHO is a nonexistant construct that some idiots on this NG beleive
exist. HHO is impossible since an H atom in water cannot bond to another
H atom in the same molecule.

I believe your interpretation to be correct. Strangely, such loonies only
appear to exist in the CONUS and nowhere else.
I can't help but query the efficacy of your education system.

In the UK, I'm not sure if it would be Trading Standards, the Advertising
Standards Authority or the Serious Fraud Office.

near as I can figure out, HHO is supposed to represent H2O separated,
they're too ignorant to realize it should be 2(H2)+O2.

Intruigingly it's a seemingly unique US obsession.

Go fuck yourself.
HHO as desribed by the believers as a fuel does not exist. H2O is water and
is most definitely not a fuel.

Fuck yourself and explain how to do that in ASCII whilst you're at it.

H2O separated from what?

His brain (if he has one) I expect. That would help explain the malfunction.
Graham
You may have noticed it but this NG on the Usenet is not a binary medium
and only ASCII is permitted. To show a subscript would require a
non-ASCII binary inserted in the ASCII flow of data. Hence the use of
the meaningless H2O which all intelligent people understand as H
followed by the subscript 2 followed by O.
We understand that your last sentence was added in order to demonstrate
the level of your intelligence and the quality of your civility.
