I have been following a poster on youtube.com called "hydrogentap" and
his experiments with generating hydrogen and then burning it in his
standard car engine. He is generating the hydrogen with the standard
12 volt battery and then recharging the battery with the standard
alternator. He is not storing the hydrogen on-board or using a fuel
cell, rather he is creating it and then burning it immediately.
