I don't know your language skills in french - mine have a little meaning and sometimes I try to use them on http://magazine.developpez.com/
every two months - if you are registered - you will receive a link to download the newest edition of their magazin.
you can get the old editions of course - always with a some pages HTML/CSS chapter presenting fascinating ways to use CSS in some examples
Maybe you can copy the french from the pdf and squeeze it through an online translater.
