Responsibilities :
Design, deploy, and maintain network solutions using Cisco Meraki hardware and software products.
Configure and troubleshoot Meraki wireless, switching, and security appliances to ensure optimal network performance and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement network changes to support business objectives.
Manage network access control and security policies using Cisco ISE, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary optimizations to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, addressing any identified risks promptly.
Provide technical support to end-users and IT teams, resolving network-related issues in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating best practices into network designs and implementations.

Resource that knows Meraki and ISE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in designing, configuring, and supporting Cisco Meraki network solutions.
Strong knowledge of Cisco ISE for access control and network security.
Familiarity with other Cisco networking products and technologies is a plus.
Hands-on experience in managing wireless, switching, and security appliances in a large-scale environment.
Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CMNA are preferred.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
