Job Description:



• 3-6 years of hands-on mobile application support/development experience in iOS/Android mobile application
• Experience in analyzing Dynatrace and Splunk logs for mobile app crashes/performance issues/user feedback
• Analyzing App Store feedback
• Proactively identify problem areas looking at app performance data patterns
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues
• Identify fixes working with developers/engineers and tech lead
• work with the product owner to develop user stories and prioritization
• Working experience in KANBAN/SCRUM methodologies
