How does Yahoo do it?

I recently put a Yahoo page into my favorites folder. Much to my surprise,
the icon displayed in the folder listing was not the 'e' that M$'s IE5
assigns to all html documents, but rather their own custom icon. The
document's extension is .html; I tried a quick look through the source and
didn't find a term that would override the default documents type's icon.
Anyone no how they do this?

thanks,

-kyle

Put a 16x16 pixel .ico file in your root directory named favicon.ico. Make
it look like you want it to.
