Do you know of a decent HTML editor that does batch processing in Windows?

I've got about 5 dozen html files that all need the same modification.
Rather than manually editing each (or even needing to open each and run a
macro), I'd rather do this with a single batch process if at all possible.
I'm currently running Windows 2K Pro. Any ideas?
TIA

If it is just find and replace of code then dreamweaver does this.

You might want to consider using Dreamweaver with templates. This allows a
single layout for all your pages and let Dreamweaver worry about the
updates.

Well personally I use EditPad for this sort of thing - handy little
text editor that allows multiple opens (select all the files),
and then does search and replace across all the open files...

Isn't that what a Server Side Include (SSI) is good for? That even saves you
the batch work, as you only have to change one file, not dozens, and the
change is replicated across your entire site instantaneously.

That puts a teeny little bit of unnecessary burden on your server --
doing the same thing each time a page is requested. And if the
structure of your pages changes dramatically, you often find yourself
using Find/Replace to add new or remove unused include statements.
