Please Read Graphic artist Chat room

I have a chat room made in Java that I was hoping all graphic artists
illustrators and 3D modeler would join. I have it only for that reason. For
all of you to come together and discuss your gripes about how people treat
graphic artist and how we can come together and come up with a plan or
something to get respect. Also if you want to discuss programs such as
PhotoShop, Quark, 3Dstudio or any other graphic program you are welcome to
use it. I have had it for about a month and nobody really seems interested.
All im trying to do is let graphic artist come together in one place to
discuss. Thanks for caring.

That is a nice idea...but how is it better than a newsgroup? Why can't
people do what you are providing on your site, why can't they do it
right here and type longer messages to boot?

Plus I could post a graphic and people could see it...does your chat
software support that option?

It sounds like a good idea but through newsgroups or IRC there are
plenty of information outlets available to artists\animators etc...
Also it would probably be a good idea to post the address of your page
along with your message....noone can go there if they don't know where
to go...... :)

Good idea. Where is it??? I prefer this medium better than static
newsgroups or live IRC. In the IRC groups, people tend to discuss
everything Except the header subject.
