Seems like there is nobody here, I guess we are all happy with our
landlords, and city building inspectors here as well....

That's nice, I wonder what planet you guys are from, since there is
a lot of landlord flaming on the net......

You get all the experiences like the landlord stealing your rent
money while U are gone, well what's new about that, they have been
ransacking your house 2 months after you moved in, and you fools think that
happy smile was because they were happy to see you....while you wonder were
you "lost" your american express card and the money that wasn't locked in
your $5,000 "picture" safe.

These "slumlords" are not to be taken too lightly, and they will use
the police and enforce their British Laws on your American soil.....

What get's me is that I have seen a lot of them in their causation
and tort situations wee they murdered elderly tenants for as little as
$10,000, but they sometimes get caught.

They seem to overlook the tenancy act and use the rent money you
dearly earned to pay for the court fees to evict you,.....this is the oldest
and sickest plot since the comparatively Holocausts of The Worlds...todate!
