Fantasy #1: You don't save money having your horses in the back yard.
Fantasy #2: You don't get to ride more if they are in the back yard.
I had to hire some help, so I would have the TIME to ride my horses ...

I was just thinking that it would be neat to have a neighborhood horse place
for those horses who need help. Where everyone pitches in to feed/groom/ride
the horse. Provided that everyone was nice, careful and wasn't sue happy.

I think once his karate studio is profitable and I'm working again (computer
