alt.horror.creative - why not?

So, there's an alt.startrek.creative to post fun and interesting star trek
stories.. Why isn't there an alt.horror.creative? Does anybody out there
take interest in writing horror stories for the hell of it? I think it would
be really interesting...

Alt.horror isn't all that crowded, and people do occasionally present
their stories here. There's no real need for a new group (I've never
seen the alt.horror Charter. Maybe it should be amended?).
