I need something to fight off the cabin fever. How was Zombie Holocost"?
(sp) Nothing but poo on Fearnet.
What are you watchin' Kishin?
Minnie
An oldie but a goodie. The Plague of the Zombies.
Zombie Holocaust is great goofy fun!
love goofy fun too.
Minnie
THE BLIND DEAD 1 - 4.
I second Markus' nomination of the Blind Dead movies. Loads of fun there. I
haven't seen much remarkable lately. "Jennifer's Body" was okay, but nothing
new. I was kinda let down by "Paranormal Activity," though the theatrical
ending was pretty cool. I saw "Devil Girl" a couple of nights ago, but it
wasn't what I was expecting. It turned out to be more a drama pitched to
horny teen boys and lesbians.
Happy New Year!

Have you seen BRAINDEAD aka DEAD ALIVE by Peter Jackson?
This film answers the important question: "how much blood can there be in a
zombie movie?" The answer is "Quite a lot."

Kishin
this film should be considered part of the alt horror aprenteship.

I've tried three times and never made it to the end.

So you've never seen the full-on lawnmower-assisted massacre? It's worth
it, just for that.
You should include it in your next movie night.

not to mention the guy being chased by a zombie colon.
jackson certainly took a nosedive after this film.
Ummmm. You're a fool then! (and perhaps know nothing about either
horror or comedy)
Well, it is a bit hard to match the genius of it....
LOTR was shit as far as I was concerned...

you fight better when you have a bear!
I saw "Deadlands: The Rising" last night. One solid hour of boring. Boring
people, boring zombies. Blah. Don't waste your time with this one.

Kihin
But do the girls get their tits out?
No, they don't. Nor would you want them to. Seriously.
--
Kishin
Not really. He followed it up with Meet the Feebles. One of the greatest
movies of all time.
Fraser
I do believe that MTF was made before BRAINDEAD.

Look at all the waifs of Dickensian England.
Why is it their suffering is more picturesque?
Must be 'cause their rags are so very Victorian.

You are correct. MTF came before Braindead.

If there's a nuclear winter, at least it'll snow.
I stand corrected.

You mean DEAD ALIVE.
