Camille Keaton really Diane Keaton's sister?

Is this true? Do you think that at family get together's Camille was like
"Diane, 'Annie Hall' was charming...but it could never hold a candle to 'I Spit
On Your Grave'?" I wonder if they get along?

Oddly, Tisa Farrow of ZOMBIE fame is Mia Farrow's sister...why is it that the
sisters of Woody Allen's muses always starred in particularly violent horror
movies?!

Camille Keaton is the niece of comedian Buster Keaton. I don't know
if Diane is related to Buster in any way.
