PTR.
Couldn't find any that timed up with the copy I have. At least not when I
tried to softsub with the aviaddsubs tool.
Are you wanting to watch it on a TV or computer?
If computer, I have heard that VLC allows you to shift the timing so
they sync. Never done it myself.
If TV, and if you're on Windoze, Subtitle Workshop might be able to fix
them.

Occasionally re-timing works but usually it seems like the time drifts
(maybe due to differences between NTSC and PAL).
Generally I've been able to sync up Rifftrax pretty easily (using
Audacity) except for the one movie where they had the names of the NTSC
and PAL reversed.

Thx. IME though it's generally the timing on every sub is off and then I
think, "I could be watching my neighbor through binoculars."
I'm a busy man for chrissakes.
