Cannibal Holocaust sequels

There are two inofficial sequels to Cannibal Holocaust:
1.) White Slave aka Amazonia: The Katherine Miles Story
CH2 is only the German title and there are no cannibalistic scenes in
the movie - but some splendid nudity from main actress Elvire Audray :P
! You can compare it with the first Mondo cannibale.
2.) The Green Inferno aka Natura contro
Here CH2 is listed as the Italian title and actually that's what i
wanted to have when i was looking for CH2. But it seems to be rarer than
the other one...
Has anybody seen it though?

Not seen it, but it was freely available on UK DVD. Check
http://www.play.com or failing that try Ebay.

i did read that deodato himself regarded "cut and run" as the only real
sequel to cannibal holocaust...
