Howlings, PackMates!

The second issue of Alt.Shift is out.

I have re-arranged the structure of the zine alittle and it will be
posted at irregular intervals (noted here).

Apart from "current issue", I will also store back issues.
As I said earlier, I have enlarged my space available from 4 MB to 10,
so contributions welcome!
