With the pace of publication and myriad small presses I despair of
keeping track of everything. There is a lot of self published drek as
well as e-pub only stuff coming out unannounced. With my hectic
schedule I ca’t keep up. I still have about 10 GREAT books to read
and review, as I am still all gummed up with The Yith Cycle. Please
attach corrections. I’ll also post on Facebook, and let you know about
other additions. I wish someone would please let us know if William
Jones is recovering and if ESP will be resuming its publication
schedule.

Future Lovecraft hasn't publicly released it's TOC (next month will be
the reveal) but has a release date of December 2011 and stories and
poetry by Nick Mamatas, Don Webb, Paul Jessup, Ann K. Schwader and a
bunch of other folks.
Swords and Mythos is probably a late 2012 release as most of our
spring/summer efforts will be focused on an anthology titled Fungi
edited by Orrin Grey and me, with fiction by People Who Shall Not Be
Named at This Point (less ominous that it sounds).
Jones: saw him active on Facebook just recently after a long pause.
Not sure how he's doing. Will shoot him an e-mail.

Yup -- I proofed the first 25 pages and turned in my findings last
Monday.

No idea. :) I have pre-ordered one myself, but since I'm away at the
moment I haven't been able to check my mail. The Swedish online
sellers, along with Amazon, list it as available anyway, and Joshi
says the same thing in his blog.

He's not bad, but sort of an acquired taste. I've had the three F & B
volumes for years, but I haven't finished any of them yet. The Web of
Easter Iland was a pretty decent read, though.

I'm editing two anthologies of all new tales for MRP - A Season In
Carcosa, The Grimscribe's Puppets [both MRP 2012]
Laird Barron and I will begin (this winter) editing an anthology of
all new tales [for MRP - Summer 2013]. We are not announcing the theme
or the "SPECIAL" contributors, but it will be of HIGH interest to
Lovecraftians! !! When we begin, we will inform readers of what it
is . . .
I have two collections coming next year. NIGHT BEGETS [Double Feature
Press] and Portraits of Ruin [Hippocampus Press]. Both are much like
BLOOD and SIN & Ashes, there will be some HPL and some KIY tales in
each. Both are 90% all new tales.
I have a 14,000+ word ["Tcho-Tcho" story] in Bob Price's The Secret
Heart Of Asia. [Mythos Books].

Actually Black Brat of Dunwich is fair, Where Tidrha Walks is mediocre
and I thoguth The Deep Ones was pretty pastiche-y and dated.
Fortunately I haven't read many of the others (or don't recall them,
except the one by Campbell, which I like, the Pugmire which I of
course adore, and the Klein which makes my mythos top 10), so this
should be a good collection. As much as anything I'm hoping Joshi
expounds on what he likes about a mythos tale in general and these
ones in particular.
