Barnes & Noble have released their complete (minus the revisions)
collection of Lovecraft's fiction:

http://search.barnesandnoble.com/HP-Lovecraft/H-P-Lovecraft/e/9781435107939/?itm=3

It contains all of HPL's stories, including the ones he wrote as a
kid, plus "Supernatural Horror in Literature". One of the childhood
stories, the long version of "The Mysterious Ship", has never been
published before.

The texts used are the corrected ones based on the original
manuscripts.

Note that it does exclude revisions and such, so it is not technically
*all* complete.

Yes, that's why I wrote "their complete (minus the revisions)
collection".

I was curious about the book itself so I ordered it. I do have the 3
Arkham volumes of his fiction, however. It would be nice if the stories
in the B&N volume were arranged in chronological order...

They are, except for the juvenilia ("The Little Glass Bottle" etc.)
which are in an appendix.
