Are LumiNox watches any good?

Hi,

I am just looking for a good knock-around watch, and I like the luminous dial
on the LumiNox "Navy Seal" watch. I know that a specific watch might have
been used by some SEAL team members but there really is no one "Official"
watch any more than the is one "Official" SEAL sidearm.

I am just wondering if this little watch is at least as sturdy as a good
Casio or Seiko or if it is just an overpriced piece of junk? Is it really
waterproof?
