CLOCK DIAL MAKER

I'm building a reproduction Stickley Tall Clock. I need to have a dial made for
the clock. It is 15" square, brass with painted letters (perhaps screened). I
am trying to locate an artist to paint or screen the clock face. Any
suggestions or resources would be greatly appreciated.
